Harsh Vardhan Sethi

Mr. Harsh Vardhan Sethi is CEO of Neon Group of Companies. Harsh, (an engineer from NIT Nagpur and management post graduate from Mumbai University) started Neon Infotech in Thailand in 2000 and today Neon has offices, in Thailand as well as India, Korea, Myanmar, Dubai and US. He has more than 25 years of experience in Engineering, Plant operations and management, Business development, and Senior management, in Oil & Gas, Process Industry. Neon is BOI promoted company and is also a certified Training provider. Neon is premier engineering software solutions and engineering services provider in Thailand and South East Asia. Harsh is recipient of many awards, notably amongst them are Hind Rattan Award (2008), Indian Achievers’ award (2012), Asia Pacific Most promising Entrepreneurship award (2014). He is also Honorary Secretary of India Thai Chamber of Commerce and also member of Energy committee of Norwegian and Franco Thai Chamber of Commerce. Now a Permanent Resident of Thailand, he has been living and working in Thailand for past 25 years.

Harvinder Paul (Manu) 

Mr Harvinder Paul (Manu) is Managing Director of Clearpack (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Group VP of Singapore headquartered, Clearpack Group of companies. Manu, as he is commonly known among friends and associates, has called Thailand home since last 18 years. Manu is responsible for all country operations of the Clearpack group spanning 11 countries in Asia, Middle East and Africa. With 5 factories in Europe and Asia, Clearpack is involved in design, manufacturing and marketing of machinery for packaging of consumer products in food, beverage, home and personal care industries. Clearpack also distributes value added packaging materials. Manu is a certified director (from Thai IOD) and has degrees in Engineering and MBA from India. 

Laxminarayana Acharya

Mr Laxminarayana Acharya (Laxmi) is working as Director of CNC Design, a machinery automation company. He looks after Thailand operations since the inception of the company in 2000. CNC Design is the sole partner of Siemens for machine tool solutions in Thailand and is the market leader. Laxmi has developed and nurtured the largest machine tool engineering team in the country. Prior to Thailand Laxmi has worked in Indonesia and Tata Motors in India. Laxmi is a Graduate in Electronics Engineering from NIT Suratkal.

Yashodhan Mankame (Yash)

Mr Yash is the Executive Director of Praj Far East Company Ltd, Thailand. Praj Group is a leader in technology, design, engineering and supply of turnkey projects in the Ethanol, Bio-fuels, Brewery and Industrial Water and Waste Water treatment space. Yash is responsible for the business of Praj Group in South East Asia, Far East, Australia and New Zealand. He is also a Director at Praj Far East (Philippines) Ltd. Yash has worked in various capacities in Praj Group in India, Singapore and Thailand. He has 25 years of experience in Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Project Development in the Bio-fuels, Beverage and Waste Water treatment industries. He has been involved in conceptualization, planning and development of more than 40 projects in the Asia Pacific region. Yash has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Pune, a Diploma in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has done a Senior Executive Management Program from Michigan University, Ross School of Business. He has been living and working in Thailand for the last 11 years.

Mr Shrikant S. Pardeshi

Mr Pardeshi is working as Senior Manager Engineering with Thai Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering & Construction Corp. (TNS) since 2005. He has been responsible for establishing and developing the engineering division for TNS). He is part of the senior management in TNS. He has around 29 years of experience in design of Upstream Oil and Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical plants. He is a Chemical Engineer by qualifications and has expertise in engineering design. He now responsible for total design activities for EPC projects for TNS. He has been involved in many large, medium and small scale projects from Conceptual to Operational Handover phases. He has worked in various countries such as India, Japan, Middle East (Oman and UAE), Singapore, and Brunei before coming to Thailand.

Mr Ravikumar Bobba Durga

Mr Ravikumar Bobba Durga is working as Senior Manager - Structural Engineering with Thai Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering & Construction Corp. (TNS) since 2005.  He is a Post Graduate in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (IIT) and has A.M.I.E from Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India), Calcutta by qualification.  His specialization is in Structural and Foundation Engineering Design of Offshore and Onshore structures (such as process platforms, wellhead platforms, bridges, flare booms, Onshore Steel and Power plants, Liquid retaining structures, Sheet pile, Loading and Unloading Jetties) and has around total 22 years of experience (after post-graduation). He is now Head of Structural Engineering in TNS and responsible for Structural Engineering activities for EPCI projects. He was awarded Jacques Franquelin award (Technip Group corporate award) for Year 2003.  He has worked in various companies such as John Brown, India (currently L&T Valdel) and Technip, Abudhabi, UAE before coming to Thailand.

M. K. Balaji

Mr. Balaji is a Director with FE’s Asia investment team in Thailand. He has more than 25 years of experience in project development and operations management and has worked on several industrial cogeneration, trigeneration, and thermal systems related projects.  Earlier, Mr. Balaji was Managing Director at Asia Energy Concepts Co. Ltd., where he developed several clean energy projects with carbon credits generation as the prime focus. In addition to this he also served as Country Manager in Thailand for Thermax Ltd. He has an M.B.A. in International Business from Webster University (Bangkok Campus), and a degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. Mr. Balaji also has a Certificate on Solar Thermal Technologies from The Renewables Academy (Renac) in Berlin, Germany. He has been living and working in Thailand for past 15 years.

Devesh Bharati

Mr Devesh Bharati, is the founder of Wisdom group of companies. He holds BTech (1989) and MTech (1992) degrees in Computer Sc & Engg from HBTI Kanpur, India and Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand respectively. Before coming to Thailand in 1991, he was a lecturer at Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, Bhiwani, India. After working for few years in the IT Industry here in Thailand, he started his first company Wisdom Information Systems Co Ltd in Thailand in 1996. Wisdom group has provided IT solutions/services as well as management consulting services to various Industrial sectors including Energy (Oil& Gas), Manufacturing, Trading, Logistics/Transportation, Travel/Tourism etc.  He has not only developed his group’s own products but has also gotten into strategic partnership with overseas companies (India, US, Germany, Switzerland ) for vertical solutions having an edge on functionalities, quality &  technology. Last year he started group’s operations in Gurgaon, India. He keeps himself abreast of current technology trends. He loves travelling and is a true globetrotter.

Shyam Cousik

Mr Shyam Cousik is the Co-Founder of Mindtree Learning Solutions, Bangkok, which is engaged in human skill development. He has over three decades of managerial experience in Sales, Marketing and Project Execution. Shyam did a short stint as Senior Project Adviser with M5 Engineering Thailand Co. Ltd for a preliminary study to put up a Re-bar mill in Laos involving Equipment suitability, capacity configuration, budget preparation and electrical and civil layouts. Prior to this Shyam was the Vice-President of Schneider Prototyping India at Chennai, India responsible for launching the operations of Schneider Prototyping GmbH, Frankfurt in Southern India and also in the initial execution of their plant at Pondicherry. He was also General Manager of Vidyut Agni Sales & Services Pvt Ltd at Chennai. Mr Shyam had been actively associated with the Institute Of Indian Foundrymen as an office bearer and was also an elected National Council Member. He was instrumental in conducting the 68th World Foundry Congress (2008) in Chennai. He has travelled widely to the USA, Germany, Turkey, Egypt and China. He is now settled in Bangkok.
